I really enjoyed this. These two books are unlike anything I have read. They hard to read because of subjects they address but totally worth it. I really think more people should read these. Great story.

I just finished this, and like all Michael Grant's books, it was incredible. The only thing I'm left feeling unsure about is how I feel about what Messenger and Ariadne did to deserve their punishments. Gotta think about it for a bit.

I tried. I bought this & the first one at the same time & OCD made me start this even despite the first.

I can't finish it.

It takes the bad writing & childish political correctness of the first book & pushes them into stodgy prudishness.

This series has an interesting premise, just a shame it was created by someone who shouldn't be allowed within 20 feet of writing apparatus.
