This was an extremely short book, really more of a couple of scenes strung together to form a story. There is no time to form a connection to the characters or understand any of their motivations. I found the characters a little on the dense side as well, and the "I love you"s came way too quick. It was good for introducing the reader to the author's writing style but no more than that.
