I read this series years ago, when it first came out and remember waiting impatiently for each new installment to be released.

This series is a must read for anyone loving The Hunger Games, Divergent/Insurgent or any of the new dystopian YA fiction out now.

I enjoyed the book, a quick an easy read. Probably a 4 star for teens; I would have enjoyed a little more depth, but the story engaged me enough to keep going with the series.

A realy good experience, I really believe that these are well written books and the characters are complex and likeable. If I'm honest I loved the first three books, but sadly the last one I didn't enjoy as much. It felt unnecessary; it is an interesting story and I would recommend reading it.

I really loved this series. Action-packed and really speaks to the power of aesthetic beauty in our society.

This series is amazing! The whole plot is so captivating, as is the world and characters. I felt a real attachment to the main character, Tally.

Though I rated this series as separate books on GoodReads -- because I thought the fourth book, surprisingly, deserved a higher rating than the first three -- I am writing a quick word of warning about this collective ebook collection, which is how I purchased it:

The titles are, ridiculously, *out of order*. Because there is no book covers (just a brief b&w title page), and for some reason it was put together with continuous page numbers (they are not numbered per book as they were written -- like a real boxed quartet would be -- but rather as a single continuous book, making it further complicated)... you can accidentally start reading #4 (Extras) *before* reading #3 ("Specials"). I almost did it myself.

I don't know about other versions (Kindle, etc.) but the ebook that I read on my Nookcolor was this way. Just fyi!

Another good teen series. I read it a while ago but I've been randomly remembering and adding books as I do. I wish they would make this a movie!
