A fairly light murder mystery on the whole, with some dark and quite graphic scenes in places. 

I had guessed both the twists/reveals in the story relatively early on but I quite liked the way it wrapped up, overall. Not everyone got a happy ending.

A cosy who's done it in the Irish countryside. The variety of characters that are introduced endears the reader to this small town community. 

The ending was well developed without being to obvious.
