Dolly Alderton reflect on her twenties and the love she felt and experienced in her twenties with such richness and passion. I feel envious of the depth to all the relationships she reflects on, and I feel comforted in learning about the existentialism surrounding love and ageing is experienced by almost all.

I didn't hate it. some of the topics touched on were relatable and important to me but they were explored on such a surface level that it didn't bring me any particular enjoyment or insight. the writing style was too forced and stacked with bad metaphors. this is a book written from the worst of white feminist perspectives, privileged, naive and boring while aiming to offer somewhat political takes lol

Overall good, I heard a lot of praise about it but didn’t look up what type of book it was exactly so my expectations were a bit off. I didn’t go into it expecting it to be as autobiographical. But there are still a lot of relatable things to pick up on the way.
