Scratches all the itches, time travel with lots of complications, interesting characters and good logical plot. Worried that the next book won't live up to the promise (there are lots of loose ends to tie up) but still enjoyed it a great deal and bought the next one.
So good! I love this world and all the characters. My only complaint is that it can get a bit confusing. Still, it's definitely worth the read.
Time's Edge was so confusing to me at so many freaking times. It could be due to the fact of working so much, wanting to sleep, or when I was drinking while reading. Either way I was confused.
Kate, the MC, is trying to track down all of the CHRONOS keys from stranded time travelers. Mostly because Saul and his minions are tracking them down as well. Of course none of this will be easy for her because a lot of the keys of in pretty dangers time zones. Then there's the whole different kates or other characters within different times zones that was definitely messing with my mind while reading this book. Yes, I said reading. I did have the audio book but I had so many other ones that were TIMED that I had to drop this one and read the kindle version. Which is probably how I ended up so confused early on.. and then for most of the book.
Luckily for Kate, she does have help to find the keys. She has Keirnan and Trey by her side and I was so happy for that because those two were adorable. I honestly really enjoyed this book even though I was confused for some of it. Okay, most of it. But through that confusion some how came enjoyment.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book. I can't wait to see how the next one goes. I need more from these characters.. but definitely less confusion.

It was interesting to see where the story went. There's all kinds of popping in and out of different times and places, and I still think Walker does a pretty good job making it believable in terms of how time might work. The only real complaint is I still don't feel the love between the main character and her love interest. It's there, really, the way I see it, to set up a triangle between Kate and the young man her self in a vanished timeline loved and Trey in this and other timelines she remembers/knows. I just don't think it is convincing enough to make readers not wish she'd just "go with" Kiernan, already.

Love this second book in the Time Bound series. Each book gets a little more convoluted with the plot and motivations. It truly is mind bending. Can't wait to read the conclusion!
This is far better than the first book, which I found a bit dull and slow. I'm glad I got the series now and am looking forward to book 3. I liked the historical scenes being linked in but did find the plot a bit timey whimey as the Doctor might say and occasionally a bit hard for this ageing brain to keep up with.
This just wasn't for me. The first book of the series was fantastic, but I felt horribly bored with this one. I was able to get more than halfway through, but I couldn't finish it.
Enjoyable YA romantic time-travel story. Brace sympathetic heroine, fun secondary characters, romantic thread involving choosing between two great heroes. (Some language)

Just as with the first book in the series, I devoured this installment in less than two days. I couldn't put it down. I'm loving this series!
This series is one of my favorites and I am bursting with anticipation for the next book. It is a fun, easy read without some of the confusing pitfalls of other time travel series.
