What I learned from this book is not to recommend it to people, because they either like it or hate it, and there's no predicting.

Me, I reread the entire book immediately upon finishing the last page - and you'll note the number of 5-star reviews here.

My friend Joe, however, who shares much of my taste in reading, threw it against the wall (since my head wasn't around as a target) - he hated it and couldn't believe that I liked it.

Maybe highschool me connected to the teenage angst and love obsession, but adult me was bored with this. I could have been happy to just read Part 4 to remember this book that we read in 10th grade honors English.

Not something I would have picked to read. However, re reading and having vague memories of the parody video we made I high school was fun. I surprisingly did not remember the twist at the end and was just as shocked as I imagined I was in high school!
