I liked this book. I could do without the entire first third because even if the premises are intriguing, I know I am not going to suddenly start pricking my finger multiple times a day to test my glucose or any other (much more extreme) body experimentation. It seems like that advice (besides the slow carb diet) has such a narrow audience but the rest of the book is wonderfully broad and beneficial to almost everyone. I love the short snippet format and I came away with many recommendations. You could read this book many times and come away with different nuggets of wisdom each time.

I'm not a man or an entrepreneur, and I don't invest in anything more exciting than mutual funds, so I skimmed about 75% of this book. That aside, I found the sections on health and exercise interesting, and there were some practical tips I'm finding useful. I picked this up out of curiosity -- I like reading about quantified selfers and such -- and liked it much more than I thought I would. It's a manly book and I rolled my eyes frequently, but it's worth flipping through for the bits that are relevant.

A great playbook for life's hacks. I wouldn't really bother with this if you're a religious listener of Tim's podcast, but great for folks who want distilled snippets of wisdom to ponder in daily life.

Just an endless source of wisdom to be referred to constantly.

What a way to end this year’s reading challenge. I am so thankful that I got a hold of this life-changing book before I welcome the new year. There’s just too many takeaways and this is probably my most highlighted Kindle ebook of all time. I see myself rereading these highlights for the coming years. I will keep my eye out on other Tim Ferriss titles.

This is a big one! It's chock full of great thoughts, processes, ideas and more from Tim Ferriss' interviews with all sorts of "elites". There are a ton of things that I could see myself using and lots of books and websites I'm going to research. There's also a LOT of stuff in here I would just never do. But we're all different ... what works for me might not work for you. Definitely worth picking up and browsing through.

Ferriss has broken the book into three sections: Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise. So pick the section that pertains most to your needs and start reading. I sat down and read through the whole thing, front to back. Probably a little too much all at once.
