An exceptional collection of the best secrets straight from the greats. Very well done and I love how the interviews were led, and also the tidbits from Tim Ferris himself. I wouldn't recommend the audio version though, it makes it harder to go back and forth between interviews and the many "quote-unquote" indicators can be a little annoying to have narrated. Also in many cases, I'd like to use this as a kind of a reference book (no one would ever be able to apply many concepts successfully all at once upon reading), so after listening to this I'm going to buy a physical copy.
A beast of a book that has amazing tips, tricks and wisdom to help for the every day. Definitely one to read and re-read as different times of life will shift your focus and new things will become important. If you're doing a happier project, here's a book with a bajillion things to try.
I came to this book because I am a big fan of the Tim Ferris podcast. This is basically a distillation of the best insights and lessons he learned from over 500 hours of interviews with some of the biggest artists, entrepreneurs and creators in the world. So many gems in this books. I eventually had over five pages of notes and highlights.

I enjoyed this book SIGNIFICANTLY more than Tribe of Mentors. A lot more thought provoking perspectives and felt less gimicky. I didn’t enjoy the last section (wise) as much as the first two (healthy and wealthy) but that may just be personal preference. There’s a lot to be learned from the prior that have *done the work* regardless of popular metrics of success.
A collection of excerpts from Tim's podcast interviews, stapled together in no particular order (though there are various well-sorted indices to aid in skimming). It’s not surprising, then, that the book reads like a very good day spent on the Internet. I took four pages of notes, implemented three or four changes in my life, and was generally more productive for a few weeks after reading. That’s about as much as anyone can reasonably expect from a book like this, and Ferriss, as always, delivers. He’s very much a bro, and very much a salesman, but he represents the best characteristics of both demographics.
(Many negative reviews call the book “too long”, but it’s also easy to skim. Don’t begrudge the pages where you learn nothing; relish the pages where you learn something.)

It is one of the best self-help books I have ever read, as I am a huge admirer of self-help books and I love to read them a lot. Tim Ferriss is one of the best podcasters in the world, he runs a youtube channel where he invites successful personalities who achieves everything that they want and on this podcast, they share their's life struggles, success, tips, and advice.
