I recently finished rereading the entire Harry Potter series with my son and thought this would be an interesting read. As a long-time HP fan, I very much enjoyed this book. Tom provides a vulnerable, honest, and often humorous look at what life was like growing up as a Hogwarts student in the Muggle world. I appreciated the behind-the-scenes stories of the cast and crew very much. His stories about family and personal growth are inspiring.

Autobiographies really aren’t my style of book but I love the Harry Potter movies so much so thought I would give this one a go and glad that I did. Only reason 4 stars were given was because like I said not my style of book but it was interesting to learn about Toms life. I will definitely give other autobiographies a go because of this book!

Harry Potter is a huge part of my life and the way Tom described his time in Harry Potter was amazing. I loved hearing about how my favorite actors acted on and off the set. I laughed and I cried. This was honest raw, and funny. Tom told his story from a little boy getting is first acting role to his current life as adult. Tom thank you so much for this book! I loved every second of it!

“I want to stand up for the right of people to express themselves without fear of toxic reprisal. There’s seldom anything to be gained by making another person feel stupid or ignorant. There’s everything to be gained from open, honest, respectful conversation.”
This book was great and, as always, eye opening to hear what goes on behind what you see on social media. I assumed this book was going to focus much more on Tom’s Harry Potter days, and his life revolving around his relation to the movies but I am happy it went much deeper than that! It added so much more color to him than just the boy who played Draco Malfoy, and you could truly see his growth as a person as he went through all of these stories.

I loved this..I learned more about Tom Felton and his previous work before Harry Potter. It was also nice to hear his story with rehab.
