I absolutely loved this short insta-love novella!
Jack Whitney writes amazing books. The flow of the story was so fun to get into and Axel & Des are steaming hot together!!
This is about Des & Axel who find themselves together on a blind date but they’re neighbors in the same building. Axel is nervous to be around her because he thinks he’s not ready for something serious and Des has set as a goal to get him to break his tough exterior and have fun. They go to the carnival and have a great time which turns into an all night affair ending in some hot bedroom action!!
Their banter was probably one of the best things in the book not to mention the things Axel was telling Des. Ooooo so HOT!!! 5 stars!!!

I was blown away like autumn leaves by such a short book and it was just 80 pages of Autumn porn, romance, smut, a hot broody lumberdude that is so my type, and a sunshiney cool chick.
Jack is totally one of my go-to's for novellas, to be honest. She just kills it with holiday novellas and I hate holidays cause I think it's cheesy AF, but this one. Holy shit. This is one of the best shit I've ever read from her. I love fall and omg it's Fall porn. It makes me want to dive into Autumn right away.
