A great continuation of the first book. I loved the extra dynamic of adding the other humans as well as seeing more of Ketahn's Vrix friends and sister. This one definitely gets darker toward the end, so be aware of some gore and death. I can't wait to read the next one!
Graphic: Death, Gore, and Sexual content
Moderate: Chronic illness, Bullying, Sexual assault, Animal death, Medical content, and Blood
Ketahn is sexually assaulted by the queen. Ivy is assaulted by a human man (but she stops him after he forces the kiss.)ednam0dewannabe's review

I can't believe I'm going to admit this...again... I loved the book and fell in love with AN ALIEN SPIDER FREAKING AGAIN!
Tiffany Roberts knows how to make a sequel that continues the story by adding more action, and important events that introduce more information about the alien world while strengthening the relationship between the characters. And all without being repetitive or less than the previous book.
In conclusion, excellent storytelling is accompanied by an original and creative world, a perfect amount of spice at the right moments and lovable characters with ideal chemistry.
