This was an interesting book. Personally I wouldn’t say it was one of the best dork diaries, and I think there are some better ones, but it wasn’t too bad.

The previous books were better than this . Nikki just got more whiny and ungrateful about her family even though they are so loving and always try to get some family time.
The starting was a lot boring but as it progressed I started to like it, the moby dick review, and even the nutcracker fiasco made me laugh out loud . Brianna is such an adorable sister, she was my favourite character in this book.

This book is just really funny. Honestly, I forgot how hilarious these books were!
This book is one of my favourites plot wise because it’s like super high stakes as it revolves around Nikki and her friends skating for CHARITY.
I really loved how we got to see more of Nikki and Brandon together in this book because they are just so gosh darn cute!
This book was also really festive. It’s set in the month of December and honestly, Rachel outdid herself with all of the cute Christmas illustrations.
There was a hilarious bit in the middle of this book where Brianna went to see her first ballet... no spoilers, but I was literally creased. It was so funny.
We also got to see more of Brianna and Brandon interacting, which is just so cute! Brianna is just such a savage and just such a little sister haha.
We also got to see even more savageness from Mackenzie and, in turn, sassiness from Nikki. Haha. Their dynamic is just hilarious and to be honest, I just stan it.
The pacing was extremely well done in this story too. It was really fast paced an I kid you not, I FLEW through it! Ahh! The story is just so totally addicting that I just didn’t want to put it down!
I would really recommend to people because this book is just so fun and simple and jus easy to get lost in! It’s full of great messages and funny, sarcastic one liners. So go ahead, let your inner dork shine through.
