Gahhhh! Now to wait for part 2! Who really killed Audrey? Why?
This book left me wanting so much more and that’s why I needed to wait until I read part two to post a review. I really enjoyed it but after reading part one and part two I have definitely come to the realization that this is not my type of dark romance. If you’re into multiple partners and MFMM definitely go read this book. 100%. Make sure you check those trigger warnings. There are absolutely nothing to play with. Take them very seriously.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
OK, I didn't think that book could do this to me… At first, I was a bit confused with the placement. This book is written in first person which I love. It is a dark romance, which I like as well. The chapters are mixed between now and past and at first, I thought I couldn't read this book, it would be too confusing to finish. But… well… Once I passed my objections I devoured it.
We follow Marley, who was a witness to the murder of her best friend, running away from her home town and coming back. She's reconciling with her childhood best friends and it is SPICY!

Their Hallowed Queen was a great spicy read perfect for spooky season. This was a really fast paced read, the spice was incredible and I really enjoyed the thriller/horror aspect to it as well.
My only criticism is that the pacing felt slightly off at times due to the switching between the past and the present every chapter, I feel like it would maybe have flowed a bit better if the flash backs had been every few chapter instead.
This book is part one so it left things on a cliffhanger and I cannot wait to find out what happens next!
