I really enjoyed this book. I loved the writing and felt that it flowed well. The main characters were well developed enough and whilst they could have had a little more depth, it didn't detract from the story for me. I felt as though the plot was well paced and had a satisfying end, in terms of the plot being well resolved and not necessarily what happens to the characters. All in all I enjoyed this a lot despite the sad subject matter.
