This series just keeps on getting better with each book. This was a great MMM story with friends to lovers and new to polyamory tropes. Mia Monroe did an amazing job of showing how all the MCs handled the fears and concerns of such major changes in their lives. I personally don't know anyone in a triad, but she touched in all the points I figured would be important and would come up in such a relationship. As with each book in the series, this can be read as a standalone, but it's so much better to read the entire series as you get more insight into each character. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

I received an advanced copy and voluntarily gave my honest review.

I received an ARC from GRR in exchange for an honest review.

This was my first Mia Monroe book, and even though it is book 4 in the series, I was able to keep up. I knew who was who, and who loved who... so that was good.

BUT...
I guess I'm in the minority here...
I really couldn't connect with the book at all. I actually didn't like the characters that much.. especially Gen. My favorite was probably Luca.

Anyways, it was sweet, and sexy and hot. But that was it.
I felt like Gen and Cairo were just thrown together in the first sex scene. I mean friends for years... and then bam! Let's sleep together because this hot AF tattoo artist likes us both?

Also, there was too much emphasis on looks. The words beautiful and hot were thrown left and right. I got that they were pretty men...

I skimmed a lot. It felt too cliché and frankly too OTT and all over the place. I didn't find any relationship development. It felt as if Cairo and Luca were just coaxing Gen all through the book...

overall... 3 stars... mostly for the sex scenes.

The fourth book in The Tattoos and Temptation series, Catch Me, is one I've been looking forward to since the first book. Throughout the series we get little teases of insinuation that Cairo and Gen like each other and that they should get together. I'm glad we finally got their story, plus one. I read this entire book in one sitting. I couldn't put it down. I really enjoyed the entire cast of characters from the previous books and the hints of what's to come. I love the way the relationship was handled between all three men and how Cairo and Luca supported Gen when he was scared. I love how all the characters in this series kind of formed their own little tight knit family and we get to see more of that in this book. I definitely recommend this book because the sexy times are super hot but the sweetness is there too.

I won't lie. I was rooting for Gen and Cairo to end up together for awhile. I didn't plan on Luca in the mix, and frankly neither did they. But the author made you see why these two needed Luca to step up and insert himself into their bond. Why? They never would have done it by themselves.

Cairo and Gen are both in denial about their obvious love for each other. They are also both bottoms, and although many relationships between bottoms have worked (hellooo that'swhat sex toys are for), these two thrived under Luca together. It gave them the excuse to get out of their own way and Luca gave them a safe place to fall. It took Gen much longer than Cairo to see the potential of the three of them, but he got there in the end.

I enjoyed watching the dynamics between the MCs together and when they were out separately. I especially loved when we finally got just a Cairo and Gen romantic scene. Their bond had always been so strong, it would only make sense that they would excel together as well. Communication is key for any relationship, but triads especially. Luca seemed to be the king of communication and he pushed his men to be vocal about their needs and wants. He certainly had his hands full with those two and I don't think any of them would have it any other way.

Just wow this series is getting better and hotter as we continue!
Luca , Gen and Cairo's triad takes time to build and grow but it so works for them. I love a good mmm and this one didn't let me down.

Enjoyable polyromance with three well-rounded main characters. I liked the different dynamics between the three partners, and the way they balanced each other. Luca is the catalyst, the one who goes in pursuit of both Cairo and Gen and manages to persuade them to try being together. He is the one who is the most willing to put his heart out there and be open about his intentions and hopes. Cairo and Gen have been friends a long time and are both afraid to risk their friendship. Gen is holding back the most though, as he struggles to be so emotionally vulnerable, not daring to believe it could actually work out. The three of them have great chemistry, and there is a lot of longing, lusting, and some angst as they navigate their new relationship and the deeper emotions beneath the sexy shenanigans. I loved the scene where everything finally falls into place, very touching.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, vor allem auch die Dynamik jeweils zu zweit.
