I really enjoyed this. I found all the stories excluding 1 left a significant impression on me in some way or another. I think there might have been some pretty significant translation or editing problems (maybe just personal preference) but ultimately the stories are clear enough that they can be enjoyed and ignored.

The body horror was too much for me. I really tried to push through but it was too gross for my imagination to handle. It’s definitely more of a me issue because the writing was actually really good!

Contains interesting ideas. The almost news story-ish writing style works really well for some of the short stories, but, at least to my taste, not for all. The story ‘goodbye, my love’ is brilliant.
