Recently, I have gotten bored with the books I have been reading. As a hardcore book-dragon (because worms are gross), this has made me pretty sad. Then I happened across this book through a website that gives out free books and decided to read a different genre and chose this book because it sounded great.
It is not great- it is amazing with cookie dough and Marciano cherries on top!! Could not put the book down!! I was laughing and crying to the point that my sister started yelling at me to stop giggling while she was practicing for a test.
Definitely a book I want to add to my library. If there is a paperback copy, I'm buying it and bringing it with me to college.
These characters were so amazing and real that I felt like I was Paige and I was falling in love with Alec, and I wished for a friend like Poppie, and I loved all of their journeys!! I also empathize for Paige with all her bad luck because we both seem to always draw the shortest straw.
Love this book!!!

The first few pages of this book did not draw me in, they drop you right into the story, and I wasn't sure if it was a flashback, etc. That being said, this book is laugh out loud funny in some parts, which just really makes me happy.
I laugh a lot inside, even at movies, etc. But to get me to laugh out loud is no small feat.
4 1/2 stars.

Cute book
This was a really cute story that spanned a lifetime. Not something that usually happens in romance. I enjoyed that.

It's been a long time since I've read a romantic comedy so I was really looking forward to reading this - especially because of the gorgeous cover too! (Cover whore...)
The story sees us through Paige Taylor's calamity of a life from teen to older supermodel, and her pretty much non-starter relationship with her one true love Alec. Her best friend Poppie is with her every step of the way and is somewhat of a bad influence causing Paige to have some rather hilarious comedy moments - I was actually crying with laughter at some points and had some proper belly laughs!
As much as I loved both Paige and Alec I was cursing at them throughout as I just wanted them to GET IT ON ALREADY! Hehe :) You just know that they are totally made for each other and can feel it in your bones that they are going to have a happy ending.
I couldn't stop reading this as I wanted to read when they finally did get on, plus I was constantly wanting to know what Paige's next calamity would be!
A complete breath of fresh air and a brilliant debut from Charlotte Fallowfield. A fabulous five stars from me!

When we collide
This is my first read from Charlotte Fallowfield and I was pleasantly surprised, nothing like a Brit rom-com to chase away the blues.
Paige in the love with the delectable Alec and he's in love with her they just can't catch a break it never being the right time or place for them with life getting in the way. So we follow Paige on her 13 year dating journey. lurching from one disaster to the next on her quest to get her man, everything that could possibly go wrong for Paige did
Egged on by her bestie Poppie there relationship stems through all the drama and there banter was laugh out loud funny she's everything you'd want in a bff and there friendship is one that will stand the test of time and that every girl wants for herself as a secondary character she was fab.
It's a story of will they won't they that kept me hooked I had too know, I was totally rooting for Paige and Alec to get there happily ever after together.
A fabulous hilarious read looking forward to other books by Charlotte.

Cliche, predictable and the humor is just ridiculous. And she is such a stereotypical woman that is just.... boring. And of course she is gorgeous and doesn’t know it, super clumsy, all the tropes and cliches you can think are here. And superficial, besides being gorgeous and rich you know nothing about the love interest. Besides the antiquated ideas like you are only happy when married with children, that to be 30 and single is terrible and so on.... I truly believed this was published in the 90s or before, but nope, 2016 and we are still in the 50s. Save yourself time and skip this one.
