I'm enthralled by this series. Book 1 (5*) was great but there was little to make me suspect the murderer. Book 2 (4*) I knew who it was almost immediately. The sense of suspense was more from the growing horror that the murderer was a cuckoo in the nest. My star rating only dropped as the romance did not progress and seemed to take a step back from where I felt book 1 had ended. This is the slowest burn and yes they will probably end up together but give the people what they want!
