Before I recommend this one, trigger warning for suicide.

I would like to imagine Gary and Phoebe's life together in the many years to come but that would come out all negative because I CAN'T DO IT. I need an epilogue. That was so good. Damn. FUUUUUUDGE i wish i could read it again for the first time. There's something calming about the fact that people in their 40s still feels lost sometimes. Makes me feel like I don't need to figure it all out at once. You will feel lost but you'll get back up. You always do. You'll get to new places, you'll meet new people. People and places that will make you see a beautiful life. Accidentally. On purpose.

This book is so damn good ugh I can't stop thinking about it. I'm losing sleep over this

I LOVED this book. It was written so well, that I didn’t even mind the third person limited pov (which would usually be a bust for me). I literally read this book in 3 days with how captivated I was. I was really rooting for all the characters, even though they were all framed in terms of their flaws. It was so human and reflective.
