Fun and sweet coda! I think it would have worked better as an epilogue to the novel, as it gives more of a solid take on where Ethan and Jack stand when it comes to their relationship, but it's still a really nice and quick read. :D

if I never read the words "crazy bastard" again it'll be too soon.

I really love these dudes, tbh, and it might not be my favourite series ever but I enjoy it so much. reading it feels like watching a rom-com does. actually, you know what? it's exactly as if a rom-com movie and an action one made a baby together, with just a sprinkle of fanfiction on top. please know all of this is a compliment, I love feel good movies.

Yes! I'm so happy I got to read this! Although I do think it could just have been put at the end of the first book. It felt like a completed final chapter, so at least this was free, I'm thankful for that because it did belong at the end of the last book, imo.

But thankfully we did get this - and we're getting more of these two together, which I'm STOKED about. Thank you, L.J. Hayward! Woot woot :D.

This was the missing scene at the end of the book - we get to see what happens, why Ethan is there, what happens between Jack and Ethan, what place they're at after all the shit that went down.

I was happy with this, so if you loved the book and wanted that extra something at the end that would have made the book feel complete, then read this. Loved it! :D

This is a quite nice epilogue to the main story. I wish it was just added at the end of the first book, but anyway... Those few pages make the perfect final touches to the story.

If I can't have a whole second book, this was at least another nibble. :)

Essentially a bonus sex scene set immediately after "Where Death Meets the Devil".
