I think the tools are valid.
I didn’t quite get tool 3.
I didn’t like the woo woo talk.

This is as woo-woo as it gets. Sometimes that stuff lands with me, but for a few reasons, this one didn't.
I wanted more examples of the tools being used. I felt like most of the situations didn't really apply to me. Even though it SAYS it's not, it felt like manifesting or "the power of positive thinking" with a slight twist. It just didn't land or feel practical to use these tools in most every day situations.

Started off well but got a bit too religious for my taste.
This book changed my life. Phil Stutz‘s vulnerability is a true gift. I can’t recommend his actionable forward motion in healing enough. The documentary, “Stutz”, by Jonah Hill is equally as wonderful and raw.
Did not finish, made it ~20% thru. The tools seem too odd for me, couldn’t connect with this.
Although these are 5 tools that i know can help they are not easy and still require you to do the work. Practical and applicable and easy to understand. I realise I have been using concepts of these tools although probably not in as a focused or concerted method.
