Jeremy's is losing the business his father started, so when he hears that he is inheriting something from his aunt he is overjoyed. But the bequest comes with a hitch. He needs to live in her home and get the approval of his aunt's six cats before the money will come his way. Jeremy is not only allergic to cats, but he isn't very fond of them either. Marty is the young woman that is the caretaker of the cats until they pass on and she also is able to communicate with them.
