Read aloud with Dylan. As fun as book 1.

This book really pulls the reader into the world of Origami Yoda and Darth Paper. My 12 year old son read the book, has made the finger puppets and we've played the Pencil Wars game. The book came alive for him. Not too many books can do that!!

I love "The Strange Case of Origami Yoda" so much that I didn't think there was any way the sequel could be as fantastic, but I was totally wrong! If you ask me, "Darth Paper Strikes Back" is just as charming and hilarious as the first book. I love the seventh graders and the way they believe in Origami Yoda and talk to him just like any other classmate. They totally made me nostalgic for my younger years. And, of course, Origami Yoda himself is as funny and wise as ever. The ending seems predictable at first and then there's a nice unexpected twist at the end. Overall, I just love the way this book made me laugh and gave me the warm fuzzies. I want more Origami Yoda!

I didn't like this book quite as much as the first, but I love the Origami Yoda concept and my daughter and I had a lot of fun with this one. It's a cute perspective on the foibles of middle school.

This book did not let me down. This is a great series. It is a little bit of Star Wars and a little bit of friendship equals a great story.

My son and I both loved it! The Star Wars references are hilarious, and we thought the addition of "Robot Dreams" as a perfect gift was great. Reading this book made us proud to be geeks.

this was more fun than Origami Yoda!

I read Origami Yoda to a 4th grade class and we loved it so much (I've read it to classes before but wanted to read it again) we continued with Darth Paper. We finished it today and started The Secret of the Fortune Wookie. They are such fun to read out loud. We made Origami Yodas. I made a Darth Paper for this book and use them when those characters are speaking. Now I need to get my Fortune Wookie made before the next class.

Much the same quality as "Origami Yoda", but with a more satisfying ending.

I think this one may be even better than the first (although the first was great as well)!!!
