I like alpha male romances and strong heroines but this was just bully romance and I felt bad and sorry for Madison. Girl have some respect for yourself! The sexual harassment, the kidnapping, the threats of rape and death... ??? Way too much. And all for what ? It’s not even explained.
The sex scenes were hot but besides that this book was a mess and not in a good way. Doesn’t matter how hot the guy is, Bishop is just a psycho.
From the beginning to end I had no clue what was happening and even in the end when Madison finally “ finds out “ what they were keeping from her I still couldn’t understand. Actually I don’t even know how and what she finds out in the end of the book. Ok, she is a “silver swan” but what does that mean? Until minutes ago she didn’t even believe their group was something real and then suddenly she reads one chapter in a book and she looks at them and finds out she is that and gets all mad about it without even knowing what it is or means or why they were treating her so bad the whole time. Very badly executed!

Wow this book was so fun! Amo is a GENIUS. I went into this not really knowing what it was about and I’m so glad I did cause I was so surprised by it. The plot was so unique.

I hate it in books when characters keep secrets and/or information from another character in such an annoying way. In this book, the whole time from the beginning to the end Bishop & his gang "Elite Kings Club" keep things from Madison and it was pissing me off.

When Madison finds out she is The Silver Swan it was the worse scene ever. Who in the world trips, drops a book while running from ten guys, AND THEN STOPS TO READ THE PAGE WHERE IT OPEN? Na, it was way too pathetic for me, I never rolled my eyes that hard in my life while reading a book.
Also, I don't really like the way Tatum is kind of everywhere over Madison. From the first moment they meet Tatum was all over her and they have "such a beautiful friendship" and shit but it doesn't seem real to me. It seemed forced and like "let's add one character to introduce the main to the world and the people in it". This is supported even more when they all run away because Bishop's father finds out about Madison and they don't even mention Tatum.
Tillie didn't seem to have a real friendship with Madison either. Really, no one made me think of a real friendship or relationship yet. They are just all over the place lying and keeping secrets from one another and having "hate sex", but they don't really hate each other.
Really the fact that Madison had sex with Bishop after the way he treated her makes me think she is not really smart. They didn't have good interactions before the sex scenes in order to make me believe in them and accept that. It was just pure lust all over the place and it was disgusting sometimes. I was yelling at Madison to start to be a fking real girl and show some character, AND THEN SHE GOES AND DOES WHAT HE WANTS AGAIN. I don't hate having sex without feelings and all but what was going on between Mad & Bishop was just pure disgusting to me.
Also, the "sex" video? Another thing that was just pathetic. First, the way she found out and second the way it was described. Who the fuck could have filmed them in the fking tent and not being able to see it?! I start to hate the whole "sex" video in books. It is a thing that keeps coming in almost all the bully romance books I read so far and it is pissing me off. Why do authors keep using this, I don't understand. And also, WHY IT IS ALWAYS THE GIRL THAT GETS CALLED A "SLUT" BECAUSE SOMEONE FKING FILMED AN INTIMATE MOMENT IN HER LIFE?! Why is this a thing to call someone a slut over?! I mean I know this is a story about 17-year-old people but not even them are this dumb really. I HOPE!!!!
Might continue the series or I might not, I am not sure yet. I kind of want to read about Brantley & Nate's stories but if all the books are like this I am not sure if I want to go through this again.

I didn’t want to give this a 3 but for sure didn’t want to give it a 4. I didn’t hate it but I didn’t love it.

It was semi-spicy for a sentence or so here and there.
I was lowkey confused up until the last 2 pages and I’m still a little confused.
Book 2 is shorter so I might give it a shot. If I like book 2 I’ll keep going. If not, I won’t be reading the other 6 in her series.

What should’ve been a great experience reading this book because it has a great story and a grittiness that could be epic, ended up being disappointing because of the errors in the manuscript. Grammar errors, timeline holes. It makes the story confusing and hard to follow.

ok i liked it, it got me wanting to keep reading and reading, i liked madison she is fun, tatum is good too tillie i really liked tillie! nate had his moments but definitely liked him a lot ehehe bishop is intriguing not gonna lie, and they were kinda toxic but hot so let's go! that ending i mean i kinda knew she was something and the story bishop told her wasn't really the full truth but damn poor girl, need her to fight them
That was intense I'm not really sure what is going on an how characters came to conclusions, but it's hotter than cheese on toast..... Characters are interesting
I never call books the word "stupid" but for this one i'll make an exception.
