The beautiful artwork is worth 10 stars. I'm in love with this style and hope to see many more comics with these colors and strokes.
The story is fine, not extremely exciting, but it's good. I do enjoy the fact that (spoiler!) Winter Soldier made an appearance *big grin!*

atmospheric, with beautiful art and great internal dialogue.
BOMB. This was great. I like Edmondson's writing (I actually own [b:Olympus|7365833|Olympus|Nathan Edmondson|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1347617072s/7365833.jpg|9166146] & was always super bummed there wasn't more of it), and HOLY SHIT THE ART. FUCKING FANTASTIC. It looks like watercolors, and it's so beautiful and adds a lot of gravity to Natasha's story, and I love the way he draws the action scenes, outlining them in white. Really, really enjoyable. It's too bad we didn't see more of THIS Natasha in the movie (now, I TOTALLY get why everyone was so mad)

A really interesting start to a series. I loved that it truly introduced us to Natasha as a character and her moral compass. However, the plot still need to start so I can say much so far
I wanted to love this as much as I loved the art in it. Noto draws the best Nat but the story felt really weak. All the issues are read as single issue and there no overall arc so ultimately it just feels like every issues are just fillers and don’t get you deeper into the Black Widow mythos

The first half of this book was kind of disjointed and a little uninspiring for me. The second half, though, as a greater overarching plot started to form, was much more intriguing.
Edited to add: the artwork is AWESOME. And I love that Natasha is drawn as athletic rather than looking like a model. I mean, she's gorgeous, obviously, but the art is really nicely done -- she looks like she's moving rather than posing.
