There were definitely some creepy moments that caught me off-guard and I loved that. Somehow I didn't realize how Christian this story was (and like duh of course it is, that's on me) but I could have done with fewer very long bible quotes - they just went on a lot. Maybe I would have gotten more if I'd known anything about the Christian perception of the anti-Christ because I was just learning as I went. Anyway, definitely creepy, holds up over time, etc.

A pesar de que a muchos, el título puede intimidarlos me he sentido cómoda leyéndolo; la pluma es ligera y bastante atrayente. Los diálogos muy bien sostenidos, además algunas escenas daban detalles pequeños, pero lograban ponerte los pelos en punta.
Un acierto total.

This book definitely spooked me at some parts. There were times when I had to set it down, just because I was getting a little to freaked out.
I liked the pace of the book. It was always very interesting for me, but it still went slow enough for me to catch everything. I liked the tone and the indecision that was described for Thorn. I could picture everything in my head, and I just love when books can actually do that for me.
Overall, this was a great book for me. The only part that got me was how gory it could get; however, I've never liked gore to begin with, so I'm probably very biased on that.
