i really enjoyed this book. to me i describe sally rooney’s writing as nothing. there is no strong plot that drives her stories. she just writes about people in a snapshot of their life. i thoroughly enjoy her writing style but it is certainly not for everyone. this book was a nice telling of brothers after the loss of their father. living their lives after the months following that lose. as always she created complex characters that makes you hate them and love them. thank u sally rooney

I think it was longer than it needed to be, but I can forgive that for the beauty. Characters felt real. Audio version was well done. I thoroughly enjoyed this listen, but do wonder if I would have been frustrated with the length and the overwritten parts if I had read this as a physical book.
