This book is very thought-provoking.

After a long time I got to read a book where I wanted to pause and think through it before resuming.
Using one of the lowest moments of humanity, the author is able to make a case of also the highest instances of the strength of humanity.

It also tackles a lot of very present questions asked constantly by our generation.
Some of it will stay with me forever and I can see myself reading this book again and iteratively understanding more of what this book presents.

But at the minimum, it is has irrevocably shifted my perspective.

I only really read part one because the second part wasn’t very interesting to me.

The author talks about his experience of concentration camp describing limits of human endurance in such harsh conditions and what are the thoughts going through humans in such conditions and what can keep one sane during such conditions, he talks on how important hope and meaning in one's life and how it is not the life which has meaning it is us who add the meaning to life . Really like the point author asked us to live by "live your life as if you are living the second time "

Man’s search for meaning changed my life like no other book has. It may look the same from the outside, but in my head, a lot the struggles are over. Dealt with. I’m proud that I was strong enough to go through them and survive and this proudness was taught to me in this book. I don’t think many people will go over the struggles and Victor Frankl went through in his life. But learning the methods he used in the worst times a human being has ever experienced can help us “change our attitude” towards our daily life problems. The answer to what’s my favorite book has never been easier to give.
