This was an AMAZING sequel to One of Us is Lying! The only issue I ahd with it was that the "who done it" at the end was a lot harder to follow and digest than the first one. I found myself pausing on reading and sorting out what the author was connecting before continuing on. But the plot twist on the literal last TWO PAGES was wild. Anyways....Bronwyn and Nate 4EVEA!!

I loved this book!! I thought it was very interesting how it was part of the series but it had a completely different plot. The vibes were the same though. I also loved every single character and their development was awesome.

In the last few pages, I got very bothered because I thought the author was just going to end the book on the fact that Owen kept the conversation going...but it was pleasantly resolved.

I got both of these books from the library, but if they ever come out in paperback...I will need them for my own library:)

Not bad, better than the first in certain ways. I wish the characters (old and new) were a bit more fleshed out. I wanted to know more about them as people outside of the story. I was also hoping for more character development. I’ll definitely be reading the 3rd when it comes out in hopes of more development but I’m not betting on it.

I didn’t see the ending coming though, which was nice (crazy) surprise.

Going into this I was slightly less hopeful after the first book. I thought McManus’ writing was adequate but nothing spectacular. This book felt slightly more interesting to me than the first but I was slightly disappointed in how easily I was able to guess the plot twists. Overall a decent book.

it didn't hate it. at first I didn't enjoy it and wanted to put it down but with some friendly peer pressure from my friends I picked it back up and pushed through. the beginning was slow and there wasn't a defined thing the characters needed to figure out making me just hate on annoying side characters that had egos bigger than bayview. but one I got past that and started to read more I feel head over heels for most characters. Maeve and Luis, Knox, phoebe from time to time, and even the very rarely brought up Mr.Santos.
