So fun, inclusive, and beautiful!! I’m sad I missed out on the print run but you can read the digital comics on WebToons or Tapas. Thank you Ashley for sharing about it.

Such a fun read that had me fighting not to immediately pick up the second volume. I was drawn in from the very first pages, introduced to complex characters that set the premise for the fascinating world to follow. The world building is organic and there was only one instance of heavier exposition that was still slotted in naturally as a conversation between two characters. It's the kind of narrative that leaves you wanting more, with strong hooks throughout. The intermingling of politics and issues of succession doesn't take away from the charming slice of life feeling the graphic novel has. The magic system seems fascinating, and I'm excited to read more about it.

I discovered Buuza thanks to Alice Oseman's Heartstopper update and I got hooked right away. I adore the diverse gender/lgbtqia+ rep, the artstyle and where the story's going. Everyone seems to know one another but also not? Can't wait for more to come!
