The writing was mediocre, the male narrator of the audiobook was terrible and it really should have had better trigger warnings. There were direct and indirect DV references and I really wish I’d known before starting to read it.

It was a really sweet book with the right amount of spice, which was hot as hell! But I loved the relationship between the two main characters, def's couple goals right there. The problems were realistic, though easily and conveniently solved. But overall an entertainment and quick read!!

A similar but lesser version of “The Deal” by Elle Kennedy. I feel like a lot of the relationship building happened behind the scenes (ie mentioning they had been texting and hanging out but allowing the reader to share the experience). 

The spice was mediocre at best.
