Death, cancer, young children, it just wasn't as light and airy as I'm used to from this pair. I was looking for light airy fun with a side of romance. This had the romance, a cute dog, some funny bits but the shroud of death was brought up so often it just doused the fire.

This was such a cute book. I loved Birdie so much, she was such a sweet kid. I usually stay away from the guy with kids trope but this one was so good.

This started out uncomfortable with a bad lifetime movie vibe. It didn’t get much better from there. I liked the idea of the storyline, but the kid didn’t act like an 11 year old. It was also just so over the top unrealistic that I didn’t connect with this book.

Desde que leí Hate Notes de estas mismas autoras nada que escribieran en conjunto me llenaba. Hate notes dejó la vara muy alta, por ende entré a Happily letter after medio esperando que no fuera lo suficientemente bueno y medio esperando que ojalá lo fuera. Afortunadamente sucedió lo segundo. No soy muy rápida leyendo en Inglés, normalmente me lleva un tiempo terminar los libros en este idioma pero desde que comencé el cap 6 ya no podía parar, me leí el resto en un dia. Lo amé completamente, la historia, las situaciones hilarantes que me sacaban carcajadas, los personajes tocaron mi corazón de una manera increíble, no puedo ni empezar a expresar lo feliz que me hizo leer este libro. Y lo necesario que era para mi una lectura así en este momento. Reí, amé, fangirlee demasiado y se me escaparon algunas lagrimitas. Definitivamente Happily letter after se va a mi puesto de favoritos de estas autoras.

Fun and sweet single dad rom-com with very cute kid and cute dog, what can I say I really enjoyed it.
Also what scene stellar was Birdie, either with her dad or Saide, I just love adorable kids, please give her book.
