Lucy Clarke’s writing is addictive. She pulls you headfirst into the story and holds your attention with short chapters that volley between each character so you get a birds-eye view into the mind of each character.

This had a couple of good twists and kept my attention the whole way through. Not my favorite ending but still a good read!

An okay read. Some surprising twists but not enough substance to support them

This thriller was okay. I was interested enough for the duration of the book and I appreciated that it had short chapters and multiple POVs.

I think what let this book down was even though it was entertaining I felt that the suspense wasn't there. I recognised how the author was trying to create suspense but it was very much in a telling way rather than a showing the tension way.

Like I said I enjoyed but I wouldn't necessarily say this was a new favourite.
