Not bad. Never read any Teen Titans before, and am coming off of watching Young Justice. Not nearly as good as Young Justice, but are different mediums. Will continue the series and see if any of the characters interest me more. Art is great, looks like most of the New 52; bright like I would expect for a younger audience target.

I'd actually give it 3.5 stars, but I can't. Goodreads should get on that.

Anyway, I thought it was pretty good. There were some moments where it felt like it jumped from one thing to another improperly, but that's not too big of a problem.

I think I'm in the minority when I say that I actually really like Tim Drake's New 52 costume. Especially since the wings are retractable. I don't think I've had any prior exposure to Brett Booth's art, and I really like it.

I don't know how long this first story arc is, but I wish they would have put the whole arc in one volume. I hate it when they cut it off like they did in this book.

Also, I like Thrice. He/They didn't have much screen time and I hope he/they come back soon.

Another thing I didn't like: Superboy was pretty determined to take the others down and then they save him and everything's fine. I just wish he would have had some kind of internal struggle.

It lacked a lot to reach the expectations that I had for this volume. I'm not even sure what this was al about. I didn't feel anything, it didn't make me feel absolutely anything, just some interesting turns almost at the end. I expected more, much more.

It wasn't as bad as everyone made it out to be. It definitely wasn't the greatest thing ive ever read, but it wasn't horrible. there was even some parts that i genuinely enjoyed. I'm not saying that I would reread it or even recommend it, but it was decent.

I've never read any Teen Titans, figured I wouldn't like them because I'm old and they're really young, but this wasn't bad. All the "checking each other out" was kind of funny. The team is a good mix of serious thinkers, jokesters, and asskickers, looking forward to what happens next.

This was fun and action packed but I just didn't really click with the story. I think it's partially because I don't love Red Robin (I find him annoying in most every situation I've read/seen him in) and partially because the secret organization was pretty standard bad guy motive. I liked the other characters and I thought the art was nice, just didn't really get my attention/make me want to read on the series.

Teen Titans rebooted for the New 52 - actually liked it very much. This is apparently the run that was so bad it was rebooted even within the New 52, but it seems off to a good enough start

Tim tries to track down and stop whoever is kidnapping teenage metahumans, and ends up forming a new Teen Titans: Cassie/Wonder girl (hot headed who stole some bracelets that give her her power, love her), Bart Allen/Kid Flash (who maybe doesn't know who he is or how he got his powers, a little annoying but okay), Miguel/Bunker (who i think is new, mexican, gay, very sassy and entertaining), Kiran/Solstice (a black cloud girl who is "inspiring" but I know nothing about her), and a girl who can turn into Skitter bug creatcher, who is just kind of there sometimes.

Superboy is really cool in this, especially when he fights Cassie and we get a look into his own mind. I like how the whole team is kind of a disaster with Tim scrambling to keep it all together.

Ooh, a new intro to the Teen Titans, and for once, it wasn't set up by Dick. I'm glad that it isn't already established and that we get to see it from the beginning. I'm excited to see how their relationships build.
