Este se me olvidó ficharlo en su día (mediados de abril); supongo que pensé que, total, solo era un relatito suelto y no valía la pena pasarlo por Goodreads.
Tiene mérito clavar dede 1909 cómo sería nuestra forma de vida confinada, desconfiada, hiperconectada y parcialmente meritocrática en los primeros meses de la pandemia de 2020. Si encima la narración es ágil y mantiene el interés en todo momento: chapó.

Somehow, someway, Forster saw our present world approaching, but see it he did. Uncanny really, that he could get so much right from the contiually growing reality of machines steering our lives, to the loss of human contact , to the general feeling of alienation as a whole. Science fiction truly functioning as a prediction of the future. 4 stars

Prescient. If I was unkind, I would deduct a star for the prose. But it was written in 1909, so fair play.
