Another enjoyable installment in this series. Although I enjoyed the storyline, I am not a big fan of it being narrated through diary entries. I think it takes away from the pacing and engagement with tension in the plot, as everything is presented in a hindsight perspective. I would very much enjoy to read something else from this author written in a prose format.

A lovely cozy sequel
I have criticisms of the structure, pacing and convenient ways she gets out of the wildest of situations but none of that matters, Emily Wilde is such an incredibly easy to love character and i'd read 10 more books on her adventures. Bravo.
