Oh my I loved this book!!! It was different from your typical suspense thriller!! The twist was perfect! I can’t say much because it will give everything away but this was a very quick read and the ghost story aspect mixed in was fantastic!

I didn’t expect this to be a 5 star read for me, but it was so so so great.

I’d say it’s a story best to go into blind, and take as it comes. Definitely did not expect the ending at all, but felt it was the only fitting ending. Fantastic pacing as well.

Overall enjoyed the story but the ending was drawn out and some of the main characters behaviors and reactions were jarringly unrealistic.

A large aspect of the conclusion of this book’s plot could be described as potentially transphobic, making a kid conform to a gender identity that isn’t their own
