It took me less than a week to read this book and it pulled me out of a reading slump. I automatically gave it 4 stars because of that, I tore through it! Could not put it down and was all I could talk about for a few days. It was an interesting premise and something I would love to see as a tv show! The main character was someone I wanted to cheer for and believe but there were times I thought to myself that she could be an unreliable narrator. I also liked that the author provided images to help tell the story. The reason it wasn’t a five star for me is because the twist (which I did not see coming) didn’t have many signs. I like being able to go back through books and see where I missed a clue, but I didn’t see too many there. But a book I would definitely recommend will read his other works.

There were so many twists I did not see coming. Refreshing thriller with a lot more current topics that are brought up.

i think when i was about 50% through i kinda guessed the one of the plot points about one of the MC, but i enjoyed it for just something to read.

I really did enjoy this book. I like how it was written, and the ending definitely caught me off guard. I loved the picture concept as it really brought another layer of imagination to the book and upped the creepiness factor. I’d agree I felt the ending was oddly rushed compared to the first 75% of the book. Also, the antagonist’s initial justifications didn’t sit quite right with me. But overall a fun read!
