I listened to the audiobook version of this book.

Easton is a great narrator and I appreciated that this sequel went more into their past and trauma. I wanted a little more of Angus and Ms. Potter though! Compared to the first novel, this one had a rather slow pace in the beginning but you did get more snippets of world building and cultural history. Overall, it’s an enjoyable quick read and I would likely read more of Easton’s adventures.
