I loved this series—and the comparison to Ferrante's Neapolitan novel is correct. (Although this series is much shorter!)

Incredibly modern and captivating memoir. Tove doesn't mince words and is very honest and transparent in telling her life, that had many dark turns. She tackles very difficult and heavy topics with surgical precision and zero self pity and without banalizing, in just over 100 pages. I'm in awe of her style. It's a pity this book is so underrated outside of Denmark
