Really predictable. It was not written very well and felt like the author was just trying to hard to create a unique story. It was jus really bad.

Cute, romantic story about Frankie and Ezra, college sweethearts who are thrown back together at a friend’s wedding. With a very bad breakup 10 years ago, they are finally seeing each other for the first time since then. It’s like they never finished their fight from that time, and their proximity brings it all to the surface.

Good communication and chemistry. I liked that both characters had moved on, but they were able reconcile and understand their flaws from their younger years.

Man oh man. This might be my biggest disappointment of the year. Not because it was a terrible book, but because I was THRILLED by the premise. It takes place right at the millennium--12/31/1999. As someone who vividly remembers that night (I know, im old) I was ready and HERE for those late 90's early 00 vibes. What I got was one mention of a flip phone (spoiler alert, im pretty sure we were all carrying the clunky Nokia with the changeable faceplates and not a flip phone

I didn't like Ezra or Frankie or anyone else for that matter. The book was boring. I thought I'd love this for nostalgia sake but my goodness!!! This wasn't a romance. It was a miscommunication disaster. I'm not a relationship expert but my God, Ezra and Frankie did not belong with each other at all!! They couldn't communicate, argued about the same crap over and over, and had nothing in common! They drove me nuts. Today has not been a good book day.
