I gave up early on this book.
dark emotional mysterious sad medium-paced

I did not see the ending coming! Wow, did I enjoy that ending! A page turner. It started a bit slow but then built up. I really enjoy author’s writing and way of unraveling the story. I also like that she kept some of the characters from the first story. I wish we would get to know more about their lives - Kate especially.

I really enjoyed the characters. I disliked Emma’s mother very much but I think that was the point. Jude is the most self absorbed, narcissistic character I have read in a very long while and the author portrayed that personality very well. I also hated Will, immediately!

Emma husband so sweet and she is so deserving of him and his love and patience. Angela is a strong woman and I always enjoy reading these type of characters. I also really enjoyed Harry and loved her name.

3.75 stars.

I absolutely loved this book! It pulled me in and I couldn’t put it down. I loved when I all of a sudden had an AHA! moment and thought I knew what happened that I had to keep reading. One of the best books I’ve read in a long time.

A pretty enjoyable read- surprised me a bit at the end. Wasn't too fond of the characters but didn't despise any of them either.
