As another reviewer said, this book was really similar to the first book in this series. I am not sure it would have been as obvious to me if I hadn't read them back to back. I did like both characters, and I am glad they got their HEA!
This book needed a good editor, though. I was frustrated with a lot of the errors and run on sentences - it made it difficult to read at certain points. The way the sentences were constructed actually led to confusion and I had to reread to understand what the author meant. I've read a lot of Stacy Reid's other books and not had the same problem, so I am not sure what happened here.
