A great addition to the literature on effective leadership and management. The best line: Treat every interaction as an opportunity to build trust or break it down, and always choose the path that builds trust.
The book outlines what it takes to build a great workplace and then systematically debunks all the excuses that people usually give for why they can't create a great workplace. As the title states there are "no excuses", at least not any legitimate ones.
I took copious notes and look forward to trying to integrate much of this into my own professional life.
