This didn’t feel like a book it really did feel like someone telling a story. there were details that weren’t mentioned later in the book, mostly mundane things. i feel like there were a lot of points where i was waiting for a plot twist but it just kept hanging on the cliff. it felt real and the characters are truly evil. richard is interesting, even with the book from his point of view i feel like i don’t know him.

Words are not adequate

This book shook me. It’s definitely one you have to put down sometimes and just stare out into the void, puzzling out the great mysteries of life and friendship. No words can fully explain this book. It’s tough at first, all the many different characters, but stick with it. The payoff is so worth it.
