I think we have all figured out at this point that whatever Ali Hazelwood writes I'm gonna read and probably love. This was no exception. Even more, this was one of my favourites of her. When I left high school despising anything related to science I would've never thought I would end up reading romance books based on scientific characters. But here we are, searching up on the internet what in the world are liquid crystals and other complex scientificic terms. I don't regret a single thing, I've never been more invested in academia drama. Another thing I love about Ali Hazelwood's novels is that they have the perfect amount of smut and the relationship pace also feels so correct.

I'll be coming back soon after reading Check & Mate. ;)

There is so much to love about this book. It’s so far my favorite of Ali’s books and Jack may be my new tippity top book boyfriend.

Lots of twists and reveals to be had. Ali crammed a lot of great plot into this book, and still kept it well paced and believable.

I also very much appreciate the inclusion of aro/ace spec in this, and demi in her other books.

Just a cute, light hearted steminist book. Honestly not sure why everyone's so mad in their reviews - I was very happy reading it. Nothing toxic, a cute hedgehog, and brilliant narration. What's not to love
