I love TJR so so so so much. She has such an amazing ability when it comes to writing fully developed characters that you deeply care about as a reader. I loved this family even when I didn’t really. The addition of all the side characters at the party made the chaos feel so real. The call backs to 7 Husbands were so fun too and the introduction to Carrie Soto. This Hollywood world TJR is creating is one I want to know everything about. Love that idea of found family too. A must read for summer time.  I will stay thinking about this one

wow wow wow how i am so overwhelmed and healed in one book. this book did such a good job about discussing every aspect of a broken family and how each person carries it differently, how success ebbs and flows, how complicated and messy everything is. i loved nina riva and the switching back and forth in time. took me a sec to get into it but ended up reading the last half in 2 days.
