Who knew I’d love Warrek so much? I mean, I should have since I ended up loving (almost) all of the MMCs so far. It’s adorable how tongue-tied he gets while in his head he is romantic and strong and smart and witty. Thankfully, these attributes do come out eventually once he loosens up a bit more around Summer. And Summer, who is used to being looked over and is a chatterbox, somehow understands Warrek in a way nobody else ever has.

These two are so good for each other and learn to work together so seamlessly. There are a lot of upsetting things happening in this story. Strangers come to the planet and they aren’t so friendly. Fortunately, they are stuck which gives Warrek and Summer time to rescue their friends. Along the way, they find a deep respect for each other and realize their attraction isn’t one-sided.

This story not only has a fantastic love connection, but it also grows the community once again. This is good since we are, once again, running out of single people to pair up. But it will have its complications since more people means more resources are needed. Somehow, this author always finds a way to expand the Ice Planet world in an engaging and believable way.

Honestly the plot really got me interested in the beginning of the book, but the FMC and her babbling kind of was a huge ick for me.

I really enjoyed this book. I'm so happy for Warrek and Summer. They're so sweet together. This really shows that opposites really do attract. These two cannot be more different but they're so cute. They balance and interact really well together.

I'm also really happy that everyone's okay, well that at least the tribe is okay. I was definitely worried with how the last books epilogue went.

And by okay I mean everyone is physically okay. Mentally I don't think it was good for many of the characters that were held captive. The new girls have some trauma that is reopened. Everyone was just starting to feel safe again and then the events in this book happened. I really hope everyone can catch a break soon. The tribe really deals with a lot and I feel they can never fully relax no matter how happy they are.

I can't wait to read the next book and see what happens with the new situation they've been dealt near the end of this book. It's gonna be a big change for the tribe and I'm excited to see how everyone handles it. I'm absolutely loving this series.

Okay, I loved Summer and Warrek. I loved how they worked together and how they compliment each other.

Absolute god-tier of a couple. Warreck and Summer are the best. I had some complaints with the pacing of the latter half of the book (the rescue only takes up the first half of it), but all of their interactions make up for any of my complaints.

There are some use of the word sp*z in this book, but I think it's less out of ableist malice and more that it hadn't really caught on as an ableist term in America until the past year or so.

I did not care for this one. I was so excited to hear Warreks love story but Summer was as annoying as she was worried she was. Eugh. Although the G-spot parts were funny. I wonder who will resonate next?
