Every book I have read by her has been an adventure and this one did not disappoint. Natalie and Kage's story had me hooked within the first couple pages.... I loved Natalie's character. She was sweet. She was calm but so ready to pop off and had not one problem speaking her mind which I love and not to mention Sloan and mojo these two put a smile on my face. Every time their names were mentioned, I could not wait to see what witty sarcastic joke Sloan needed to grace Natalie with or where mojo fell asleep. Love these two now. Let's talk about the man of the hour Kage.... This man I pictured him and felt like I could see him smell him hear him and couldn't wait for him to pop up behind her or be in the next room. He was such a softy for her and it made my heart melt. But when he decided to show his dominance boy, all I can say is that urine for a treat. He is the best and their banter the funniest get ready for a good time with this one and look out because she is a spicy one ❤️🔥

This book lit me up! From page one I was hooked. The banter was sharp, the spice was next-level, and the love?? Chef’s kiss perfection. Kage is a walking sin in a suit and I was here for every possessive, protective, filthy moment.
And listening to it on audio, it added a whole new layer. The narration made the tension and heat jump out of my headphones. I devoured this book and was left begging for more.
HIGHLY recommend if you want a mafia romance that’s spicy, emotional, and utterly addictive. Just be sure to check those trigger warnings.

Eh not for me. I could tell right away this wasn’t a book I would be interested in. I hate when the book starts to hard. Like built up the setting SET THE SCENE and environment before you get straight to dialogue and the scene.
